Job Description:
- Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain middleware software and platforms such as WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat, and Apache.
- System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
- Upgrades and Patches: Perform regular system upgrades and apply patches to maintain security and performance.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for middleware configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development, network, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of middleware solutions.
- Security: Implement and enforce security measures to protect middleware systems from vulnerabilities and threats.
- Support: Provide technical support and guidance to users and other IT staff regarding middleware issues.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in middleware administration and engineering.
Skills:
- Proficiency in middleware technologies (e.g., Redat Jboss, IBM WA Automation Scheduler, IBM WebSphere Application Server Admin Support, All Websphere MQ and IIB(ACE) versions) Strong understanding of software development life cycles and integration patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
