Solution Consultant Security (Presales)

Requirements :
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or relevant field
– Experience as a solution consultant (technical role) in IT solutions company with minimum 3 years in the same field with proven achievement, including experience in presenting products & solutions to clients
– Able to provide solution skills for future customers, target oriented and well organized.
– Able to combine technical & commercial considerations into the decision making process
– Able to quickly understand client facing complex problems and advise effective solutions
– Excellent interpersonal, presentation & communication skill (up to C-level)
– Strong understanding of Security Solutions, familiar with Palo Alto, Delinea or any other PAM products, IBM Qradar, Hashicorp is a plus point
– Great team player, trustworthy, integrity, persistence, fast learner & independent
– Fluent in English

Jobdesc :
– Gathering information from customer to identify customer’s needs
– Understand and effectively present our security platform and solutions
– Indirect selling products, solutions and increase company revenue
– Assisting in generating leads and opportunities by providing the appropriate solutions for customers
– Actively build communication with the Principal and Distributor regarding the products & solutions pricing
– Manage client proof of concept (POC) if necessary
– Provides pre-sales technical support and expertise in analyzing client requirements, in conjunction with the client’s current infrastructure, architecture, system capabilities, and business challenges
– Support sales team during client visits to demonstrate product range and technology solutions, technical and product knowledge through excellent written (proposal) & verbal presentation
– Support peers in the management and implementation of the information security management system
– Analyzing, developing, and proposing technical solutions (technology and equipment)
– Coordinating with external parties (vendors, principals, distributors) to obtain required information (price, demo equipment, technical specifications) to provide technical solutions
– Coordinating with other department to provide required information before the project begin
