Job Description:
- Planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects/products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables of IT products in collaboration with project team.
- Develop detailed IT project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to effectively manage project timelines and budgets.
- Creation of requirements and functional specification of system in the project.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Test Planning and Strategy: Develop test plans, strategies, and approaches based on project requirements, timelines, and resources available. Define testing objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with project goals.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, test results, and other relevant artifacts. Generate test reports, metrics, and dashboards to track progress and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with project managers, developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to communicate testing requirements, progress, and findings. Provide regular updates, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders on the quality of the software.
- Certification in Structured Architecture, Networking and Security would be beneficial e.g. TOGAF, Cobit, CCNA, CISSM.
- 3+ years of work experience with leadership experience in consulting including business/IT solution design/solution architecture.
- Able to identify automation potential
- Understand the processes in insurance industry
